-Questions may be submitted on the information contained in this RFP, PWS, and attachments.  Questions will be accepted no later than noon on the seventh calendar day after the posting of the RFP.  All questions must be submitted via email, sent to proposals@grantguardians.com, with the subject of the email being “[RFP#] – [Vendor Name]- Questions”.

-Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Organization reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. The offeror shall not be reimbursed for any proposal or proposal preparation costs, including in the event of cancellation.

-Offerors shall demonstrate their understanding and/or ability to meet the requirements of the PWS within their proposal. The review of a proposal with the offerors’ demonstrated understanding of the PWS shall be called the Risk Analysis.

-Offeror shall have verifiable sam.gov UEI # to be considered for award.

-Proposals shall be submitted via the below submission form. In the event that the below form is not working the offeror should email the Point of Contact (POC), listed below, immediately.

-Proposals shall be no more than 10 pages in length, excluding required attachments.
