-The Organization reserves the right to award without discussions.

-Questions may be submitted on the information contained in this RFP, PWS, and attachments. All questions must be submitted via email, sent to proposals@grantguardians.com, with the subject of the email being “[RFP#] – [Vendor Name]- Questions”.

-Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Organization reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. The offeror shall not be reimbursed for any proposal or proposal preparation costs, including in the event of cancellation.

-Offerors shall demonstrate their understanding and/or ability to meet the requirements of the PWS within their proposal.

– If a vendor cannot propose as specified within the requirements document, please propose as you believe is in the organization’s best interest, explaining the changes and why you are making it. All viable proposals will be considered.

– The review of a proposal with the offerors’ demonstrated understanding of the PWS shall be called the Technical Specifications and Risk Review.

-Offeror shall have verifiable sam.gov UEI # to be considered for award.

– Upon receipt of the proposal, Grant Guardians will respond with confirmation of receipt within 2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, reach out to the POC below.

-Proposals shall be no more than 10 pages in length, excluding required attachments.
