Proposals shall be submitted (as one email) to Proposals@GrantGuardians.com with the subject line as “07212026-Community Guard Contract-[Vendor Name]- Proposal”. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us after 2 business days, reach out to the POC listed below. If you have technical difficulty, reach out immediately and we’ll arrange another method for you to submit your proposal. Delayed submission for any reason does not guarantee a due date extension.

How is this being used: Grant Guardians is creating a catalog of pre-priced Guard Services that are fully competed and compliant with regulatory requirements for full and open competition. Grant Guardians will only share the contractual prices with ordering entity looking to hire a provider of Guard Services, and only after the ordering entity agrees to keep prices confidential.

By submitting a proposal you agree to not hold Grant Guardians, its employees, contractors, owners, and/or officers liable for any direct or indirect damages, of any sort, resulting from a disclosure of confidential information.

Need a Site Survey?
